Il Borrorosa by Il Borro is an elegant and sophisticated rosé wine, originating from the renowned region of Tuscany. This IGT rosé stands out for its lively character and freshness, making it ideal for special occasions or as a delightful accompaniment to light dishes.

Primarily produced from Sangiovese grapes, Borrorosa captures the essence of this iconic variety with a delicate touch. The winemaking process involves a brief cold maceration of the grapes to preserve the fruity aroma and natural freshness. The result is a wine with a beautiful pale pink color and bright nuances that hint at its vivacity.

On the nose, Borrorosa presents intense aromas of fresh strawberries, cherries, and a slight floral hint that adds complexity to the bouquet. On the palate, the wine is balanced, with a pleasant acidity and a freshness that entices a second sip. Notes of red fruits and a light minerality blend into a clean and persistent finish.

Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs wonderfully with light appetizers, fish dishes, or vegetarian cuisine. Its versatility also makes it an excellent companion for moderately spicy dishes.

Borrorosa by Il Borro is not just a wine, but an authentic expression of the Tuscan territory, enchanting with its elegance and freshness, making it a worthy representative of high-quality rosés from this celebrated Italian wine region.
