Toscana Rosso Viale al Piano IGT by Colombaio di Cencio is a wine that embodies the essence of the Tuscan territory, known for its rich soils and favorable climate for the cultivation of native grape varieties. This expertly crafted blend reflects the balance between tradition and modernity, with an aging process designed to enhance the varietal characteristics of Sangiovese, often the protagonist in red wines of this denomination. In the glass, it presents an intense ruby color, enriched with violet reflections, while the bouquet releases elegant notes of ripe red fruits accompanied by spicy hints and light balsamic notes.

On the palate, it shows a harmonious structure, with soft tannins and balanced freshness that together provide persistence and pleasantness. It is a versatile wine, ideal to accompany roasted meat dishes, aged cheeses, and typical Tuscan cuisine, capable of enhancing authentic flavors thanks to its refined and enveloping personality.
