The Umbria Bianco IGT "Rigogoli" by Tenuta di Salviano is a fresh and harmonious expression of the Umbrian territory, the result of the careful selection of native and international grapes grown in the fertile lands surrounding Lake Corbara. This white wine represents Tenuta di Salviano's commitment to producing wines that express the richness and diversity of the Umbrian landscape, combining modern winemaking methods with respect for local winemaking traditions.

"Rigogoli" is born from the assembly of varieties such as Grechetto, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, each contributing with its own distinctive characteristics to create a balanced, complex and inviting wine. Winemaking is conducted with the aim of preserving the integrity and freshness of the varietal aromas, through controlled temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by a short period of aging on the yeasts to further enrich the wine with nuances and softness. .

Visually, the "Rigogoli" has a light and bright straw yellow color. On the nose, the wine offers an intensely fruity and floral aromatic bouquet, with notes of green apple, pear, citrus fruits and white flowers, enriched with herbaceous and mineral nuances that reflect the typicality of the blend and the influence of the Umbrian terroir.

In the mouth, Rigogoli surprises with its liveliness and freshness, with a well-balanced acidity that supports its fruity flavors and guarantees a pleasant and refreshing sip. The texture is soft and harmonious, with a light creamy note that leads to a clean and persistent finish, where the olfactory sensations of fruit and flowers are found.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with light appetizers, fish and seafood dishes, grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses, the Umbria Bianco IGT "Rigogoli" by Tenuta di Salviano is an excellent choice for those looking for an elegant and versatile, capable of representing the freshness and harmony of the Umbrian landscape through a deliciously inviting sip.
