Numero 10 is a unique Prosecco of its kind, born from the genius of the Bolla family, it is a classic method obtained with 100% Glera grapes, with a minimum of 10 months of refermentation and aging in the bottle. A bubble that perfectly combines the typicality of the Glera grape with the great personality given by the refermentation in the bottle; the result is a sensational riot in which intense fruity aromas divinely marry with honeyed hints, for a surprising taste experience.
It is obtained through a soft pressing, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 15°C and draft with selected yeasts in the spring following the harvest. The maturation in the bottle on the lees lasts 10 months, then we proceed to the disgorgement, and another 6 months of conservation in the cellar.
In the glass it has a deep straw yellow color, with an intense, persistent, subtle perlage and a creamy foam. The olfactory profile is intense, defined by fruity and ripe aromas. A sip of enormous structure, lively and decidedly persistent capable of surprising.
It is recommended to enjoy it as an aperitif but also with the entire meal, especially with fish dishes and white meat dishes.
