Boscarelli's Vin Santo di Montepulciano DOC "Familie" in 375ml format is a fine expression of one of Tuscany's most popular sweet wines, produced by one of the most respected wineries in the region. This Vin Santo, made with carefully selected Malvasia and Trebbiano grapes, reflects the attachment to tradition and excellence in winemaking that characterize Boscarelli.

After being harvested, the grapes are left to dry on racks in well-ventilated environments, a practice that concentrates sugars and aromas, preparing them for fermentation. The winemaking process of Vin Santo "Familie" involves prolonged aging in small wooden containers, called caratelli, where the wine develops complexity, aromatic richness and that characteristic balance between sweetness and acidity that makes it unique.

The 375ml format is ideal for special occasions, allowing you to enjoy this exceptional wine in moderate quantities, perhaps paired with dessert or at the end of a meal.

Visually, Boscarelli's Vin Santo "Familie" shows an intense amber color, a sign of its concentration and maturity. On the nose, it opens with a complex and inviting bouquet, where notes of dried fruit, dehydrated apricots, honey, caramel and spices dominate, enriched by nuances of toasting and vanilla, the result of evolution in wood.

In the mouth, the wine offers a perfect harmony of sweetness and freshness, with a velvety texture that envelops the palate. The flavors are reminiscent of dried fruit and honey, with a long and persistent finish that leaves a pleasant sensation of warmth and complexity.

Boscarelli's Vin Santo di Montepulciano DOC "Familie" is perfect in combination with traditional Tuscan desserts, such as cantucci, but can also be enjoyed with blue cheeses or as a meditation wine. It represents a choice of great elegance for those who wish to explore the richness of Tuscan sweet wines, offering an unforgettable tasting experience.

Winery history
Poderi Boscarelli is a family-run winery born from the passion of the Corradi/De Ferrari family, who relocated to Valdichiana and established roots in the hamlet of Cervognano. Over generations the family has steadily developed production and introduced selections and distinctive wines, including the Riserva "Il Nocio", and has entrusted current management to members of the De Ferrari Corradi family.
Production philosophy
The estate highlights the diversity of soils and clonal selections, harvesting and vinifying vineyard parcels separately and then assembling them into the final blends. This approach is focused on expressing the terroir of Cervognano, with careful attention to optimal ripeness and grape quality.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are located on the hill of Cervognano, at about 300 m above sea level, on alluvial, sandy, well‑drained soils, with thermal breezes that create a microclimate favorable to quality viticulture. The site faces the Valdichiana.
