The Whisky Peated Fenniscourt of Waterford represents an excellence in the art of Irish distillation, offering a unique character in the realm of peated malts. Produced in one of the most renowned wine regions of Ireland, this whisky is made from a blend of selected barleys, grown directly in the fertile soils of Waterford, which impart minerality and complexity to the final product.

The aging process takes place in fine wooden barrels, capable of enhancing the smoky notes due to the peat, which then blend with delicate hints of vanilla and sweet spices. On the nose, intense smoke, heather, and hints of citrus can be perceived, while on the palate a velvety texture develops with a full and persistent body, characterized by a refined balance between the robust character of the peat and the sweetness of the grain.

Ideal for lovers of peated whiskies, Fenniscourt pairs wonderfully with flavorful dishes such as smoked meats and aged cheeses, accompanying every tasting with its decisive and enveloping structure, leaving a typically Irish imprint.
