The Whisky Ruby Cask of The Famous Grouse represents an excellence in the panorama of Scottish single malts, coming from the historic distilleries of Scotland. Characterized by a special aging in the so-called "ruby cask," that is oak barrels previously used for aging Ruby Port wines, this whisky acquires a delicately complex and sweet character that enhances its unique nature.

On the nose, it opens with an elegant bouquet of red fruits, accompanied by notes of vanilla and light spicy nuances, a sign of the perfect balance between the influence of the wood and the naturally present fragrances in the spirit. On the palate, it is smooth, with enveloping flavors of cherry, raspberry, and a light touch of dark chocolate, while the finish is warm and persistent, with a pleasant fruity aftertaste.

This whisky is ideal for those who enjoy tasting a refined spirit, capable of telling the Scottish lands through careful craftsmanship and skilful maturation. Perfect on its own or with a cube of ice, it pairs excellently with berry-based desserts or aged cheeses, enhancing moments of relaxation and conviviality.
