The Whisky Single Barrel 85% Maiz Morado NB from the Sierra Norte cellar is a unique distillate that expresses the authentic soul of the land where it is born. Made from a fine selection of purple corn, typical of the Andean highlands, this whisky stands out for its extraordinary aromatic intensity and enveloping character.

The production process follows artisanal methods, with careful distillation that preserves the complexity of Maiz Morado corn, typical of the region. The aging takes place in oak barrels, capable of imparting soft nuances and an elegant balance between natural sweetness and slightly spicy notes. On the nose, aromas of dark fruit, violets, and a delicate hint of vanilla emerge.

On the palate, it is full-bodied and enveloping, with a persistent aftertaste and a complex structure that invites slow tastings and thoughtful pairings, such as dark chocolate or spicy traditional dishes. An expression of terroir that celebrates the unique character of Maiz Morado corn and the craftsmanship of Sierra Norte.
