Founded by the Brunori family in San Paolo di Jesi, the estate has been known for its bottled Verdicchio since the 1950s. The Cru "San Nicolò" project began after the 1975 harvest and over time has received attention and praise from critics, notably food-and-wine journalist Luigi Veronelli.

Production philosophy

Family-run operation with direct control of the supply chain, with attention to respecting the land and biodiversity. In the vineyard, organic fertilization, mechanical weeding and sustainable agronomic techniques are preferred; at the winery, photovoltaic systems and thermal insulation are used to reduce environmental impact.

The vineyards are located in the Vallesina, in the heart of the Castelli di Jesi area, on clay-sandy and calcareous soils situated on mid-hill slopes at approximately 200 m above sea level, with a south/southwest exposure that promotes grape ripening.
