Franck Vessier, immersed in Champagne from childhood and involved in harvests during his studies, has over 15 years' experience in wine trade and consulting and teaches Commerce and Marketing at university level. Rigorous selection of vineyard sources for the cuvées.

Production philosophy

Identify for each cuvée the best origin and the right balance; respect for Champagne tradition (bottle fermentation, cellar ageing) and commitment to agroecology (reducing biodiversity, carbon and water footprints; partners referenced with HVE certification).
