Winery Denis Salomon

Family-run winery based in the commune of Vandières. Specialized sources report that the label was launched in the second half of the 20th century and that management passed to the next generation in the early 2000s; the producer began vinifying as a récoltant-manipulant and developed a winemaking facility for parcel-specific vinifications. The terroir and the cuvées reflect a family tradition passed down through several generations.

Careful attention to terroir and parcel-by-parcel vinification: grape selection according to the crus, limited vineyard intervention and techniques designed to enhance the expression of each individual plot; practices focused on the quality of the cuvées and extended lees aging for some wines.

Vallée de la Marne. The crus mentioned by the producer include Vandières, Verneuil, Damery and other vineyards on the right bank of the Marne.
