Winery Domaine Dominique Gruhier (Abbaye du Petit Quincy)

The cellars of the Abbaye du Petit Quincy date back to the medieval monastic era, while modern winemaking was revived when the Gruhier family became involved at the end of the 20th century. Since then, Dominique Gruhier has overseen the development of the estate and its range of wines.

Production oriented towards organic practices and low‑intervention winemaking, aimed at showcasing the fruit and the terroir to produce fresh, easy‑drinking wines.

Main location in Épineuil, with vineyards and holdings also in the Chablis area. It is situated in northern Burgundy, near Auxerre and the Chablisien appellations.
