Winery La Scolca

The estate was acquired by the Soldati family between 1917 and 1919. Since then it has remained family-run and has developed a strong international reputation, specializing in the Cortese grape and the Gavi DOCG appellation. The estate now celebrates over a century of continuous operation under the leadership of the Soldati family.

The estate is located in the Rovereto di Gavi terroir in Piedmont. Clayey soils and pronounced diurnal temperature variations enhance Cortese.
