Winery 13. jul – Plantaže

The modern company was created by bringing together agricultural holdings in the Podgorica area and has grown over time into a large, integrated wine enterprise. Official sources and historical accounts indicate its transformation into a modern organization beginning in the 1960s, with the development of historic cellars now also used for wine tourism.

Plantaže focuses on showcasing the Montenegrin terroir and local grape varieties, combining large-scale production with quality-oriented viticultural practices aimed at preserving the region’s indigenous characteristics.

The main vineyards are located on the Ćemovsko plain, a flat, very sunny area that allows extensive vine cultivation and is home to Plantaže's large, single-block vineyard.

Plantaže has received numerous international awards over the years. According to the producer, these include many medals from international competitions as well as other accolades cited in the producer's communications.
