There is no single official brand story: "San Crispino" is used as a commercial label by several producers. Cantine Ronco has applied the name to its Terre Siciliane ranges, including an organic expression developed in collaboration with the cooperative Colomba Bianca; likewise, the company Pasqualetti Viticoltori di Peccioli produces a Chianti marketed as "San Crispino."

The brand does not have a single public statement of philosophy attributable to one winery: among the producers identified, two distinct strands emerge — the approach to vineyard care and manual harvesting described by Pasqualetti Viticoltori, and the focus on sustainability and organic practices for the 'San Crispino Bio' line promoted by Terre Cevico/Colomba Bianca.
