Winery history Kmetija Slavček (Slavček)

The estate is documented in local records as far back as 1769 and has remained family-run; today production is managed by the Vodopivec family with a strong focus on traditional practices and on showcasing the local terroir.

Production philosophy

The philosophy is based on natural and organic farming and minimal intervention in the cellar: attentive vineyard work, controlled macerations and limited use of sulfites to enhance the expression of the terroir. The estate also offers rural hospitality and tastings.
