The Spumante Viktorija Rosé Brut Nature from the Slavcek winery is born in the hills of the Slovenian Karst, a unique territory characterized by calcareous-marl soils and a cool microclimate, ideal for quality grape varieties. This sparkling wine stands out for its strict production and the absence of added sugars, typical of the Brut Nature category, which gives it a vibrant freshness and an elegant profile.

The blend, mainly composed of indigenous grape varieties, undergoes secondary fermentation in autoclave using the Charmat method, thus preserving the wine's brightness and aromatic purity. On the nose, it opens with delicate notes of small red fruits, such as wild strawberries and raspberry, intertwined with a light floral scent and a mineral nuance reminiscent of wet stone. On the palate, the entry is dry and incisive, with a fine and persistent perlage that accompanies a balanced acidity and a sapidity that enhances its structure.

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with raw fish dishes, shellfish, or delicate white meats, the Spumante Viktorija Rosé Brut Nature by Slavcek is a refined expression of the Karst terroir that enchants with freshness and harmony.

Production philosophy
The philosophy is based on natural and organic farming and minimal intervention in the cellar: attentive vineyard work, controlled macerations and limited use of sulfites to enhance the expression of the terroir. The estate also offers rural hospitality and tastings.
