Winery Tenute Rubino

Tenute Rubino was founded as a family-run estate rooted in Salento's winemaking tradition. The Rubino family has been active in the area since its rural past, and the modern business project was developed by Tommaso Rubino with the involvement of the next generation. Over the years the estate has focused on rediscovering and promoting indigenous grape varieties, with Susumaniello playing a central role, and has developed production and commercial operations serving international markets.

The company highlights Salento's indigenous grape varieties, interprets the terroir through targeted selections and modern winemaking practices, and promotes the international presence of wines from Puglia. It complements these choices with initiatives related to sustainability and the cultural promotion of the area.

The winery operates in Salento with several estates, including Jaddico. The Jaddico vineyard, located near the sea, hosts the Susumaniello project and defines the winery's territorial identity.
