The vinification begins with a meticulous harvest of the grapes, selected to ensure only those with perfect aromatic ripeness. In the vinification process, Cantina Roeno follows traditional methods but with a keen eye on modern technologies to ensure the preservation of the grape's natural aromas.
The Gewurztraminer "Kies" displays an intense straw-yellow color, often with golden reflections. On the nose, the bouquet is rich and complex, dominated by aromas of lychee, roses, spices, and sometimes notes of honey and exotic fruit.
