Maison Anselmet is one of the Aosta Valley's leading producers, a winery that has earned recognition for its ability to express the unique character of native and international vines in one of Italy's most fascinating winemaking contexts. Taking advantage of the cool climate and steep mountain vineyards, Anselmet produces wines that are prized for their freshness, complexity and minerality.

Maison Anselmet's "La Touche Blanc" features a carefully selected blend of white grape varieties, possibly including native varieties such as Petit Arvine or Prié Blanc, together with international grape varieties to add complexity and structure. This wine perfectly expresses the philosophy of Maison Anselmet, combining tradition and innovation.

At sight, "La Touche Blanc" would present itself with a bright straw yellow color, with greenish reflections that suggest liveliness and freshness. On the nose, the bouquet is rich and inviting, with notes of white pulp fruit, such as apple and pear, enriched by floral hints and a distinctive minerality, which reflects the rocky and mineral territory of the Aosta Valley.

In the mouth, the wine offers a perfect balance between refreshing acidity and a soft structure, with flavors that mirror the olfactory profile and add a touch of citrus and Alpine herbs. The minerality is evident, leading to a clean and persistent finish, which leaves a sensation of freshness and purity.
