Cloaked in an intense ruby robe that shifts to garnet with aging, this wine reveals a rich olfactory bouquet. Distinctive notes of dried rose and violet blend with nuances of wild berries, delicate spices, and a light touch of vanilla, showcasing well-balanced wood aging. As it evolves, hints of leather and tobacco also emerge, adding complexity to its aromatic profile.
On the palate, the Gattinara DOCG by Nervi expresses an impeccable balance between the typical tannic robustness of Nebbiolo and a persistent freshness that invites a prolonged sip.
