The harvest begins at the end of September, the grapes are carefully selected before harvesting which is done manually. Follows pigiadestemming and subsequent fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel tanks. The aging takes place in French oak barriques for approximately 1 year. Rest in the bottle for approximately 12 months before being put on the market.
It has an intense red color in the glass. On the nose it is extremely elegant with its bouquet defined by fruity aromas of red fruit, jam, vanilla nuances and hints of tea.
