The Franciacorta Blanc de Blancs Brut Millesimato DOCG by Romantica is a pure and refined expression of the best Chardonnay grapes grown in the famous Franciacorta area in Lombardy. This vintage sparkling wine is made using a traditional method that cleverly combines tradition and production rigor, ensuring fine and persistent bubbles that caress the palate.

Its appearance is crystalline, with bright straw reflections. On the nose, it opens with elegant scents of green apple, citrus, and hints of yeast, followed by delicate floral notes such as acacia and wildflowers. On the palate, it reveals itself as harmonious, fresh, and pleasantly lively, with a balanced sip and a persistence that invites further tasting.

Perfect as an aperitif, it gracefully accompanies fish dishes, shellfish, and fresh cheeses, enhancing their delicacy without overpowering the flavors. An ideal choice for those seeking elegance and character in an excellent Franciacorta.
