The Franciacorta Riserva Dosage Zéro by Romantica is born in the heart of Franciacorta, one of the most renowned Italian sparkling wine regions, famous for its morainic terrain and the ideal climate for the cultivation of Chardonnay and Pinot Nero. This wine stands out for the absence of added sugars at the time of disgorging, thus highlighting the purity and elegance typical of the grape variety and terroir.

The long aging on the lees, which exceeds 60 months, gives complexity and aromatic depth, with notes of yeast, toasted almond, and a vibrant mineral hint that characterizes its freshness and structure. On the palate it is dry, savory, and refined, capable of expressing balance and a persistent finish.
