Angostura è un amaro prodotto artigianalmente con spezie ed erbe amaricanti lasciate in infusione fino ad ottenere un liquore dal colore rosso intenso ambrato con riflessi bronzo.
Al naso presenta un bouquet particolarmente speziato dove si evincono note di cannella e liquirizia, perfettamente amalgamate a sentori di agrumi, nuance di cioccolato fondente e caramello. Un amaro caratterizzato da un sorso secco, dolce a al tempo stesso aspro, dove le erbe amaricanti prevalgono ma lasciano spazio sul finale ai sentori di liquirizia, cioccolato ed erbe dolci.
Ottimo digestivo per concludere bene il pasto; si consiglia di servire a temperatura ambiente per godere appieno delle qualità organolettiche.
