The discount is automatically applied to the Cart.We are talking about the present and the future of the company, projected into the development of a "nebbiolo project" which had the first, important piece in this selection. In 2005 I vinified the king of Piedmontese vines for the first time, trying my hand at a splendid vineyard.
The grapes are harvested in the first and second ten days of October. It is then fermented in thermo-controlled tanks for 15 days, followed by 10-15 days of post-fermentation maceration with submerged cap. Refinement is in large barrels for 15-17 months. Filtration is not used.
a colored wine intense ruby red with garnet reflections. Notes of undergrowth and wet ground stand out on the nose. A versatile red able to satisfy all palates and give a pleasant and satisfying taste for a long time. The silky and soft tannins are harmoniously accompanied with meat dishes, savory first courses, risottos and cheeses.
