The "Rangpur" Gin was created with the aim of proposing an innovative and alternative version to the classic London Dry, which retains the characteristic softness on the palate, but with the desire to dare and enhance the taste with intense citrus nuances.
To the original recipe, which includes the presence of the canonical 4 botanicals: licorice, Tuscan juniper, angelica roots and coriander, ginger, bay leaves and the fundamental Rangpur Lime are added. The latter is a rare native citrus present in India, and is the key element that plays the fundamental role in the realization of this splendid recipe.
On the nose it has an amazing aromatic intensity, characterized by a large and elegant bouquet; prevail among all the hints of Lime Rangpur, the protagonist of this Gin, even if it leaves room for the citrus aromas of mandarin and ginger; in the background, however, the aromas of the botanicals are present and defined, among which fragrant hints of licorice and nuances of juniper berries stand out. At the sight it is crystal clear, and it lends itself very well to being used to prepare tasty Gin & Tonic or other cocktails.
At the sip it is particularly pleasant, soft and at the same time intense, the presence of lime gives it a delicious and very fresh citrus taste, which accompanies the taste to a dry and persistent finish.
