The Coteaux du Loir Prémices Sec Tendre produced by the renowned Domaine de Bellivière is a white wine that captures the essence of the Loire region, France. This wine is known for its refinement and aromatic complexity, which mainly comes from Chenin Blanc grapes, carefully selected and cultivated with organic practices.

In the glass, the Coteaux du Loir Prémices Sec Tendre displays a bright straw yellow color, with highlights that catch the eye. On the nose, floral and fruity notes immediately stand out, reminiscent of green apple, pear, and touches of citrus. These nuances are followed by subtler hints of minerals and a light aroma that invites tasting.

On the palate, the Coteaux du Loir Prémices reveals itself balanced between a fresh acidity and a delicate sweetness that makes it "tendre", meaning slightly sweetish. The structure is elegant and well balanced, with a persistence that leaves a pleasantly fruity aftertaste and a trace of minerality that cleanses the palate.

Ideal as an aperitif, this wine also pairs wonderfully with light fish dishes or soft cheeses. A true gem of the Loire that promises to delight wine lovers with its pleasant complexity and freshness.
