The Coteaux du Loir L’Effraie Sec Tendre from Domaine de Bellivière is a refined expression of the Loire Valley terroir. This wine is crafted from carefully selected Chenin Blanc grapes, sourced from the winery's vineyards, which are situated in a region renowned for the perfect balance between climate and terroir, allowing the aromatic qualities and complexity of the grape variety to be highlighted.

On the nose, the L’Effraie Sec Tendre is distinguished by its intense aromas of ripe white fruits such as apple and pear, enriched with floral notes and a slight mineral touch. On the palate, it exhibits a balanced structure, slightly off-dry, which pairs well with the freshness of citrus tones and persistent minerality. Its well-integrated acidity and soft sweetness make it an excellent companion for light appetizers, fish dishes, or fresh cheeses.

The traditional winemaking methods and the meticulous attention in grape selection ensure that every sip of this Coteaux du Loir reflects the authentic expression of its terroir and the savoir-faire of Domaine de Bellivière.
