At sight it presents a garnet red color. The nose opens with typical hints of Nebbiolo, including a mix of floral notes of rose and violet.
On the sip it opens with spicy notes, keeping the mouth soft and powerful at the same time, a note accentuated by the aged 2014 vintage.
Production area close to Barolo, but remains softer in terms of drinkability and roundness.
Nebbiolo is one of the most versatile vines of all, capable of adapting each dish to its own characteristics and not vice versa. Definitely excellent in combination with juicy meat dishes, but it lends itself very well to the entire meal.
