The Messina Brewery was born in 1923, but unfortunately in 2007 it was forced to close the business, leaving all the workers who worked there at home; hence the turning point and the great adventure 15 ex-employees join forces and their severance pay and improvise entrepreneurs and in 2016 produce the first bottle of the new Massafra beer.
From then on the rise has been constant, until today with the creation of Cristalli Di Sale, a special beer inspired by the Sicilian Baroque and which recalls, in taste as in the packaging, the sky and the sea of the splendid island!
It has a beautiful bright golden yellow color with a natural opalescence, it produces a persistent and compact foam. Sweet citrus aromas of orange and citron arrive on the nose, with green hints of hops and floral notes of orange blossom. From the first sip, pleasant and delicate sensations emerge which give a soft, tasty and full body, with a small salty perception on the finish.
Perfect with savory pies, supplì and croquettes, excellent with fried fish!
