Nocte is a 100% Aglianico wine with a ruby ​​red colour, precious and imperious, with a complex texture, for night harvesting. The Tiberio vineyard is located in Piano di Carro (Barile), on soil with a volcanic-clay-tuff composition with a surface area of ​​2 hectares.

During the San Martino summer, in the autumn northern hemisphere, extremely particular climatic conditions occur, which coincide with the Nocte harvest. In this period of the year, very marked temperature variations occur which, associated with the nocturnal harvest, favor the formation of particular aromatic properties.

The specialized oenologists responsible for the Terra dei Re winery analyzed the properties of the grapes harvested at night and found an accentuation of the fruity notes in the wine.

A label with an embrace will exude intensity and softness, with elegant and refined tannins. The hints of dried rose and wild violet blend with intriguing notes of spices, giving an exceptionally velvety finish.

This excellent glass can be paired with grilled beef ribs, red meats in general also with spicy sauces, first courses with truffles, mature cheeses and oven roasts.
