The Tenuta Meraviglia's Rosso Bolgheri DOC BIO is a wine that embodies the essence of Tuscany, reflecting the unique characteristics of the Bolgheri terroir. Produced according to organic principles, this wine celebrates the purity of environmentally friendly winemaking techniques, leaving a positive ecological footprint.

This wine features a blend primarily of Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes, which are hand-harvested and selected. The aging process occurs in French oak barriques for about 12 months, followed by further refining in the bottle, enhancing its aromatic complexity.

With its intense ruby red color, the Rosso Bolgheri DOC BIO offers a complex and enveloping bouquet on the nose, where notes of ripe red fruits, hints of spices, and a light touch of vanilla – derived from its aging in wood – stand out. On the palate, it is balanced and harmonious, with a well-integrated tannic structure and notable gustatory persistence.

Ideal for accompanying robust dishes like grilled red meats, roasts, and aged cheeses, this wine also proves to be an excellent companion during the tasting of mushroom and truffle-based dishes, enhancing every single flavor.

Tenuta Meraviglia, with its commitment to organic practices and passion for the Bolgheri land, offers an authentically Tuscan experience with this wine, perfect for wine lovers seeking quality, sustainability, and fidelity to a territory rich in winemaking history.

Winery history
The project originated with the acquisition of the Bulgheroni group's Bolgheri estates and the conversion of a former quarry into a cellar carved into the rock; the complex was designed by Studio Tori with an approach to landscape and architectural regeneration, supported by documented investment and construction choices focused on sustainability.
Production philosophy
The estate pursues regenerative agriculture and organic production, favoring varietal expression and participates in corporate sustainability certification processes.
Terroir and vineyards
