The Bolgheri Superiore DOC BIO "Maestro di Cava" from Tenuta Meraviglia represents the pinnacle of Tuscan winemaking, showcasing a perfect balance between tradition and organic innovation. This prestigious red wine is the result of a meticulous selection of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot grapes, cultivated on clay soils with rocky outcrops typical of the Bolgheri region, which impart depth and complexity to the wine.

To the eye, "Maestro di Cava" presents an intense ruby red color, with hues that shift towards garnet over the years. On the nose, the bouquet is rich and persistent: notes of ripe red fruits like cherry and plum blend with spicy accents of vanilla and black pepper, thanks also to the aging in French oak barrels.

On the palate, the wine reveals a solid and well-balanced structure, with elegant and silky tannins that accompany a long aromatic persistence. The acidity is well balanced, making it particularly suitable for aging. This harmony of flavors makes it an ideal companion for rich and structured dishes, such as red meat roasts, game, and aged cheeses.

The Bolgheri Superiore DOC BIO "Maestro di Cava" is a certified organic product, respecting biodiversity and the environment, reflecting Tenuta Meraviglia's commitment to sustainable and respectful practices. The limited production and attention to every detail make it a true gem for collectors and connoisseurs, representing one of the most authentic and high-quality expressions of Bolgheri.

Winery history
The project originated with the acquisition of the Bulgheroni group's Bolgheri estates and the conversion of a former quarry into a cellar carved into the rock; the complex was designed by Studio Tori with an approach to landscape and architectural regeneration, supported by documented investment and construction choices focused on sustainability.
Production philosophy
The estate pursues regenerative agriculture and organic production, favoring varietal expression and participates in corporate sustainability certification processes.
Terroir and vineyards
