Produced in the heart of the Jalisco region, Mexico, El Viejito Blanco Tequila is a celebration of authenticity and tradition. Distilled from carefully selected blue agave, this tequila is a tribute to the artisanal knowledge of master tequileros.
During the production process, the agaves are slowly cooked in traditional ovens, then crushed and fermented with natural yeasts, and finally distilled in copper stills. This method imparts purity and a distinctive flavor to El Viejito Blanco Tequila.
Upon tasting, lively and fresh notes of raw agave appear immediately, followed by nuances of pepper and light spices that linger on the palate with a balanced and pleasant persistence. Its color is brilliantly clear, reflecting its unaged essence and vigorous youth.
