"Hidden, Elegant, Unmistakable". Produced from a very particular and unusual blend, Vitovska.
Therefore obtained from a white vinification for 12 months in French oak barriques and another 6 months in steel vats.
Very particular blend that maintains a very refined delicacy and elegance. It is considered the queen of Karst viticulture. Splendid fruity scents blend with aromatic and floral sensations and alternate with marine scents given by the breezes that crash on the red lands where the vineyard is grown. Fresh and enveloping on the finish, it lends itself to any fish-based dish.
