The Pantelleria DOC Passito - Bukkuram Padre Della Vigna, produced by the renowned Marco De Bartoli winery, is an extraordinary sweet wine that captures the authentic essence of the island of Pantelleria, located between Sicily and Africa. Presented in a 50cl bottle, this passito immediately stands out for its intense concentration and the richness of its aromas.
Produced using traditional methods and with meticulous attention to detail, the Marco De Bartoli winery uses Zibibbo (Muscat of Alexandria) grapes hand-picked in small crates at the peak of ripeness. The grapes are then left to dry in the sun on racks to concentrate their natural sugars. Afterwards, the extracted must is fermented and matured slowly to enhance the characteristic aromatic bouquet.
The result is a wine of deep golden color, with shades ranging from amber to honey.
