More Maiorum Irpinia Bianco DOC by Mastroberardino is a wine that gracefully expresses the distinctive character of the Irpinia territory. Made from Fiano grapes, a historic native variety, this white stands out for its freshness and aromatic complexity, the result of the limestone hills of Campania where the vineyards find their ideal habitat.

Carefully aged, Irpinia Bianco presents a bright straw-yellow color, while on the nose it releases floral notes of acacia flowers, hints of ripe white fruit, and mineral touches that recall volcanic soil. On the palate, it is balanced and soft, thanks to a delicate acidity that ensures elegance and persistence.

Perfect to accompany fish dishes, shellfish, and Mediterranean traditional cuisine, More Maiorum is a noble and refined ambassador of the Campanian wine heritage.
