This wine is made from Nebbiolo grapes, exclusively harvested from highly selected vineyards in the Roero hills. The uniqueness of this terroir is reflected in the distinct characteristics of the wine, which after vinification is left to mature for at least two years in oak barrels, followed by further refinement in the bottle.
Visually, it presents an intense ruby red color, tending towards garnet with aging. The nose offers a complex and deep bouquet, with notes of ripe red fruits such as cherry and raspberry, enhanced by spicy nuances of black pepper and vanilla, along with subtle hints of rose and violet. On the palate, the Roero Riserva "Printi" reveals a robust yet elegant structure, with well-integrated tannins and a lively freshness that prolongs its flavor.
