The labels of the "T.E.R.S." series by Venturini Baldini are the result of the desire to explore the territory through the use of ancient native vines. These vines are treated with innovative approaches during the winemaking process, specific for each variety.

After a 30-day maceration, the wine rests in oak tonneaux for at least 18 months, developing a unique and intriguing character. This wine has a ruby red color. The elegant fruity notes recall ripe plums, blackberries and cherries, followed by pleasant accents of sweet spices. The sip is balanced, soft and fresh, with a long persistence.

It is recommended to pair this wine with dishes such as boiled meats or red meat stews, but also white meats, cheeses and first courses with elaborate sauces.
