Cardorosa is an extremely light and fresh rosé wine that conquers sip after sip. The bunches of Sangiovese are harvested manually in small crates; the vinification involves fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, with cryomaceration on the skins for a period of 3 hours. The refinement is always carried out in steel for about 6 months and maturation in the bottle for 4 months before being put on the market.
It sports a beautiful soft pink color, bright. The olfactory profile denotes hints of pink flowers and red fruits among which cherries and wild berries stand out. A refreshing, light and extremely tasty sip.
