After a series of red wines signed Passopisciaro, the only white wine present in the entire company was born, the "Passobianco", a Chardonnay that blends mineral aromas with notes that recall exotic fruit.
The grapes, harvested between the end of August and the beginning of September, are vinified in steel tanks for 20 days at a controlled temperature of 23°C, and then aged in both concrete and wood.
It presents itself as a truly balanced wine, which guides us with grace and elegance through one of the most fascinating territories in all of Sicily. The color at sight is a suggestive straw yellow. On the nose, there are aromas of citrus fruits, white peach and tropical fruit, accompanied by a growing mineral aroma. In the mouth, the wine is juicy, balanced and has a lively flavor. The finish is persistent, closing the tasting experience with elegance.
