The vineyard, located to the North West and adjacent to the cellar, benefits from an exposure that favors the ripening of the grapes with a notable sugar content. Through a careful selection of the bunches and a marked presence of acidity, a wine is obtained that stands out for its body, elegance and longevity.
The color has a bright straw yellow hue with green reflections typical of the grape variety. The aromas are highly complex, with notes of elderberry, broom, anise, delicate mint and sunny rosemary. The fruitiness is expressed through shades of Williams pear and grapefruit peel essential oils, which enhance freshness, combined with nuances of sage characteristic of ripe grapes. The palate offers an enveloping concentration of great balance, with a determined acid structure that contributes to the flavor and continuous qualitative evolution over time.
