Chablis 1er Cru Vau Ligneau - Louis Moreau is born in the heart of Burgundy, precisely in the renowned Chablis area, famous for its soils rich in limestone and marine fossils. Produced exclusively from the Chardonnay grape variety, this wine reflects the elegance and freshness typical of Chablis Premier Cru. The aging generally takes place in stainless steel tanks or very neutral wood, to preserve the purity of the fruit and the mineral intensity.

In the glass, it shows a bright straw yellow color; on the nose, it offers scents of citrus, green apple, and a distinct mineral nuance reminiscent of flint. On the palate, it is vibrant, with a pleasant acidity that supports a slender but very balanced body, finishing with a savory and persistent finish, typical of the unique terroir of Vau Ligneau. Excellent with shellfish, grilled fish, or fresh cheeses.
