Torre Rosazza offers a particular version of Spumante produced according to the Charmat Method with Ribolla Gialla grapes, an indigenous Friulian vine characterized by strong acidity and low alcohol content.

A drink that has an intense yellow color when poured. On the nose it appears complex and delicate, punctuated by aromas of yellow flowers and ripe fruit, with hints of yeast in the background. The sip is structured but at the same time fresh and sapid, with fruity and bread crust hints that are very pleasant on the palate.

An extremely drinkable and fresh bubble, excellent for a good aperitif toast and in combination with fish-based dishes.
