The excellence of the Spadafora house, Sole dei Padri is a hymn to joy, to the sun shining on the face, which illuminates the grapes and makes them ripen from their deepest, transforming them into sugar and nectar.
Thus a wine is dedicated to tradition and to those techniques handed down from father to son. The excellence of a succession of traditions.
Produced after a spontaneous fermentation of 20 days on the pomace, and subsequently aging for 1 year in the barrel and another 2 years in the bottle.
Intense red that can hardly be described as a wine with traditional scents and tastes. It has to be tasted and you have to get carried away with your mind.
