The production of Recioto della Valpolicella follows a very particular process that includes the drying of the grapes, which are left to dry on racks until January following the harvest. This method concentrates the sugars and aromas, giving the wine its characteristic sweetness and intensity.
Monte Zovo's Recioto della Valpolicella stands out for its deep red color with purple highlights. On the nose, it offers a complex bouquet with notes of ripe red fruits such as cherries and plums, enriched with hints of chocolate and sweet spices.
