The Champagne Blanc de Noirs Premier Cru Brut from the prestigious W.Saintot winery represents an excellent choice for those seeking a high-class sparkling experience. This exclusive cuvée is produced using only Pinot Nero grapes, grown in the renowned vineyards classified as Premier Cru in the Champagne region of France.

Visually, it presents a bright golden yellow color, which anticipates the quality and richness of the product. The bubbles are fine and persistent, indicating careful processing and lengthy maturation.

On the nose, the Champagne Blanc de Noirs Premier Cru Brut reveals a complex and seductive bouquet. Notes of fresh fruit, such as plum and cherry, blend with more evolved nuances of brioche and toasted almond, all enriched by subtle hints of sweet spices.

On the palate, the wine offers a robust structure, beautifully balanced by a lively freshness. The attack is generous, and the fruity notes mingle with those of yeast and toasted bread, culminating in a long and pleasant persistence that invites another sip.

This Champagne is ideal as an aperitif, but also has the structure to accompany more elaborate dishes, such as white meats or fish in sauce. Additionally, it is an excellent companion for special occasions, ensuring to add a touch of elegance and sophistication to every celebration.

Serve chilled, between 6 and 8°C, to fully appreciate its qualities and enjoy an authentic expression of the Premier Cru terroir of Champagne. A true gem for lovers of quality bubbles.

Winery history
The Saintot family has been involved in Champagne viticulture since 1918, when Firmin Saintot settled in Avenay‑Val‑d'Or. In the following years the next generation expanded the property and its activities: William purchased the first parcels and also started a nursery. In the 1990s and 2000s management passed to Henri and Nathalie, with investments in the winery and pressing facilities; the younger generation, Morgann and Gwenn, later joined, strengthening the estate’s image and environmental focus.
Production philosophy
The approach prioritizes soil care and minimal intervention: no herbicides or insecticides, limited use of copper, sulfur and plant-based products, fermentations with indigenous yeasts and parcel-by-parcel winemaking. The winery focuses on artisanal work, low doses and on producing wines that reflect the terroir rather than the winemaker's style.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyard is located in the Grande Vallée de la Marne, with parcels mainly in Avenay‑Val‑d'Or, Mutigny and Bisseuil, all classified Premier Cru. Soils range from silty‑clay to marls and fragmented limestones; the estate also owns several plots in the Aube at Champignol‑lez‑Mondeville, which broaden the diversity of exposures and soils.
Awards and recognitions
Certifications and practices: Haute Valeur Environnementale — certification issued on 10/10/2014; participation in Viticulture Durable en Champagne; partial conversion to organic agriculture underway.
