Barricaded Beer - Born from the "Trip in Barrique" project which sees the use of oak barrels that have housed the best Calabrian wines, and in which the beer is now barricaded; thus mixing the inspiration of the master brewers and the fragrance of the barrels.

With a Dark Amber color. Nose composed of a basket of genuine, fine, elegant and intense perfumes, few but precise and clear details. The kaleidoscope of smells and flavors is given by the Barrique which gives notes of biscuit and melted butter lead the way to notes of toasted hazelnuts, to move on to notes of light hints of aromatic herbs, small red and black fruits, given precisely by blackberries in addition.

A complex beer on the palate and of great manufacture, which however does not tire the drink and rather quenches the thirst. Immediately imposing and of excellent weight, thanks to a very pleasant fresh / savory sword. It goes perfectly with a good pizza or cheese tasting.

Fermentation in an open tank with the addition of blackberries and bramble blackberries, and then moved to Barrique in French oak barrels that hosted the Magliocco of the Viola cellars.
