Menabrea 55 Pils from the Top Restaurant line signed by Menabrea needs no introduction anymore, it is a beer that raises the bar of quality by getting closer and closer to the fantastic world of gourmet and exclusivity.
This version of the historic Biellese brewery is produced in total respect for tradition, using only water, corn, barley malt and fine hops and, this time, inspired by low-fermented Pils, or Lager Pilsner.
It goes perfectly with the most chic appetizer, a light lunch, up to haute cuisine, Menabrea 55 Pils is a new concept of beer, opening new perspectives of combinations, also because, the gourmet combination recommended by the company itself is ... oysters!
It shows a beautiful intense golden yellow color, with a white and dense foam; to the nose there are delicate floral aromas of very fine orange blossom and broom, with important malty and yeast notes. In the mouth the taste has an important bitter perception, very intense and structured with a decisive and dry finish, rather clean, with the typical bitter trail.
